How can I schedule an appointment?

Scheduling is easy! Click here or call 000-000-0000 to schedule an appointment. We offer same-day and next-day appointments for urgent situations. We will try to accomodate and work around your schedule – just ask!

How does my insurance work in your office?

We do not accept insurance. We offer affordable pricing, and payment is due at time of service. We can provide you with the necessary forms for you to submit to your insurance company to be reimbursed. If you have not met your deductible, have high co-pays or with services not covered by insurance, we can offer the best value. If you have met your deductible for the year, then you will often find that it is less expensive to be seen in our office than to remain in-network.

How much paperwork do I have to fill out?

Being a patient shouldn’t test your patience! Our forms are simple, and available online so you may print and complete prior to your appointment.

How can I better take care of my skin?

Your skin is constantly exposed to external elements. To take care of your skin, you can:

  • Drink plenty of water
  • Try to manage your stress
  • Eat a healthy, nutrient-dense diet
  • Avoid smoking
  • Limit sun exposure
  • Avoid harsh soaps and moisturize regularly

It’s also helpful to work with a skin care specialist and choose quality skin care products, such as the Revision Skincare line . We have developed protocols to help treat patients and care for their skin post-procedure. Just ask, we are happy to help!
